The Smith family has recently purchased Richard Meier’s Smith house located along the waterfront of the Long Island Sound in Connecticut. They would like to extend the house to accommodate for their family of four. The smith family admires the outdoors and would like large windows throughout the house overlooking the Long Island Sound. The Smiths enjoy spending time with each other and spending an equal amount of time relaxing in private. Mr. Smith works from home and requires a private office. Mrs. Smith likes to stay fit and would also like a private exercising room.
